Comissions TOS
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:❥I retain the authority to decline a commission at my discretion.❥Artwork will be delivered digitally.❥Payments are exclusively accepted via PayPal in USD. After approval of the sketch, half of the payment is required. The remaining half is due after receiving the watermarked finished product. Upon completion of payment, the unwatermarked artwork will be delivered through Google Drive.
❥Deadlines: Maximum of 3 weeks, minimum of one week, depending on my workload.❥Usage Rights: Artwork is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. I retain all rights to my artwork and its distribution. If you prefer your commission to remain private, please inform me!❥No refunds will be granted once the artwork is half completed or fully completed. A full refund is only possible if work on your commission has not begun.
How will your commision commerce?
✦If you're interested in commissioning my artwork, please reach out to me via direct messages on my Instagram or TikTok accounts. Make sure to provide a clear description of what you'd like me to draw, along with any relevant references. Upon approval of the commission, I will provide a final price.✦Next, I will create a preliminary sketch for your review. At this stage, feel free to request any modifications to ensure it aligns with your vision. Once the sketch is approved, a 50% initial payment is required for me to proceed with your commission.✦Throughout the process, I will provide regular updates on the progress and development of your artwork. The finalized piece will be delivered within a maximum of three weeks, watermarked for protection. Upon receipt of the remaining payment, I will send you the unwatermarked file via Google Drive.
